GENERAL PROJECT MANAGER
GANG MA is a seasoned professional with a strong academic foundation in Computer Science and Human Resource Management. His multidisciplinary expertise equips him with a unique approach to business operations, strategic leadership, and technological advancements in the mining industry. With nearly two decades of experience in lithium and gold mining operations, Gang has successfully led various projects, ensuring efficient resource extraction, sustainable mining practices, and optimized profitability. Born on 1st July 1972. ENGR ZHANG ZHANCI is a highly esteemed expert in gold leaching and the management of gold mining sites. With over 20 years of experience in the field of cyanidation application and gold leaching extraction, he has earned a reputation as "The Gold Leaching Master." Throughout his illustrious career, Engr Zhang has held several key positions in major gold mining companies across China, Indonesia, and Myanmar.
CHIEF GEOLOGIST
With over three decades of practical experience in general geological surveys and prospecting, ENGINEER LI ZHANGUO has been deeply involved in mine’s geology, technical services and production work. His extensive experience and comprehensive technical expertise have enabled him to independently conduct various geological tasks and services for major mining surveys and prospecting across Asia. He has received numerous awards and recognitions for his contributions to the field.
SENIOR LABORATORY TEST ENGINEER
ZHAO HAIFENG was born on July 15th, 1975, and is highly skilled in various gold testing methods, including fire gold test, wet gold test, leaching gold test, and the use of atomic absorption machines. He is also knowledgeable about the carbon slurry process and heap leaching pond for gold ore smelting. He possesses strong oral communication skills in English, French, and Spanish.
